Ageing: 30 months IN oak barrels WITH 30 TO 80 hl capacity AND, after blending, about 12 months IN the bottle. Deep ruby red colour, WITH beautiful bright hues AND shades OF garnet. Excellent consistency. ON the nose, clear hints OF black cherry, berries, spices, tobacco, cocoa, soil, withered flowers AND balsamic notes. Very complex wine. The taste IS warm, savory, intense, WITH tannins AND freshness well integrated INTO an important structure. The wine IS soft AND pleasant AND releases a lingering AND satisfying aroma OF fruits AND spices.  Excellent WITH tenderloin WITH porcini mushrooms, game birds, mutton stew.
